Downtime and Impact: Access to the MAS Portal application will be intermittently unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window.
As the PWEB processing system is temporarily taken offline to ensure a safe and controlled network maintenance process, delays to daily reporting and settlement processing for affected customers can be expected following the maintenance window.
Any delayed reporting or settlement will be reprocessed once services are fully restored.
We will take all necessary precautions to minimise disruption and ensure services are returned to normal operation as quickly as possible.
Rollback Plan: In the unlikely event that we encounter any issues during the maintenance process, we have a rollback plan in place to ensure our platform’s safety and stability.
