Downtime and Impact: No significant impact is expected. Services are expected to remain available throughout the maintenance window, aside from brief network transitions that may cause momentary interruptions of a few seconds.
All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure a smooth and efficient transition while minimising any potential impact. Our Infrastructure, Application Operations and Incident Management teams will actively monitor the maintenance throughout and validate service availability following each network transition.
Rollback Plan: In the unlikely event that we encounter any issues during the maintenance process, we have a rollback plan in place to ensure our platform's safety and stability.
