Systems Impacted: Planet Gateways (Card-Present & E-commerce) - Cegecom Network
Downtime and Impact: There is no expected downtime or impact, the maintenance work will be carried out in the first 60-minutes of the maintenance window, and the further time will be utilized for validation and monitoring. This transition is scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize the impact on our customers.
Rollback Plan: In the unlikely event that we encounter any issues during the maintenance process, we have a rollback plan in place to ensure our platform’s safety and stability.
Why is this Maintenance Necessary? This maintenance is essential for enhancing the performance and reliability of the Planet Gateway Authorization Network. The migration to a new data center will improve our system's capacity and resilience, ultimately benefiting our customers.
