We wish to inform you that the Planet Team will be performing a network migration on our digital gateway services on Monday, 30th June 2025.
Maintenance Type: Network Migration from legacy Planet Datacenter to our new Planet Datacenter facility.
Systems Impacted: Planet Gateway – 3C Digital Gateway, Apple Pay & Google Pay
Regions Impacted: Europe
Application Downtime and Impact: There would be momentary disconnect for 3C Digital Gateway services, Apple Pay & Google Pay, within the first 30 minutes of the change window.
Rollback Plan: In the unlikely event that we encounter any issues during maintenance that cannot be resolved, we have established rollback plans to ensure the safety and stability of our platform. Our team is fully prepared to implement the rollback swiftly to minimize any prolonged disruption.
Why is this Maintenance Necessary? This maintenance is essential for enhancing the performance and reliability of the Planet Gateway. The migration to a new data center will improve our system's capacity and resilience, ultimately benefiting our customers.
