The issue affecting a subset of ATM portfolio reports generated on 08 July 2026 has been resolved. The delay was caused by an external dependency where Visa scheme files were received later than scheduled, resulting in some Visa transaction data being excluded from the affected reports.
Reporting will self-correct as part of standard processing, the next scheduled ATM Confirmation File and related reports will include both previously delayed and current transactions to ensure complete data. There was no impact to transaction processing during this event.

Impact: Visa transaction data may be missing from certain daily reporting files available via PWEB and SFTP.
