They have advised that no downtime or service impact is expected during these activities. This maintenance relates to Planet's connection with the third-party acquirer (Worldline) and applies only to transactions processed via this integration. Customers using other acquiring routes are not affected.
The planned activities are scheduled for: 26 October 2026, 23:30 UTC to 27 October 2026, 02:00 UTC – ACS SQL Infrastructure Maintenance 27 October 2026, 14:00 UTC to 18:00 UTC – ACS IIS and Authorisation Server Maintenance 28 October 2026, 10:00 UTC to 14:00 UTC – ACS BAT Server Maintenance
Rollback Plan: In the unlikely event that any issues are encountered during the maintenance activities that cannot be resolved, rollback procedures are in place with the third-party provider to restore normal service and ensure platform stability.
Please note that, as these activities take place across multiple maintenance windows, this maintenance notification may be marked as completed on the Status Page between the scheduled events. Subsequent maintenance activities will still proceed as planned according to the schedule above.
